Meet Sara

I’m from Venezuela, I have been in Australia for 3 years, I was I’m a graphic designer who had never once set foot in a gym.

Well yes but always quiet and I didn’t like it.

I was like okay I’m never going to be fit.

But I found CrossFit in my 30s.

After just one month, CrossFit jump-started the most life-changing physical and mostly mental transformation I have ever experienced.

Now I’m training 6 days per week and I found my passion, my lifestyle and surrounding myself with people that reciprocate love.

Qualifications

  • CrossFit Level 1
  • Cert III & IV Fitness (Completing)
  • CrossFit Nutrition
  • CrossFit Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting

Favourite Movements

  • Power Cleans, Snatches, Deadlifts and Pull-Ups

Why do you workout and stay healthy?

I workout because it’s helped me love myself in a way that I never thought possible, I want to be strong AND feel powerful.

Training CrossFit gives me inner strength and confidence I feel every day, in the gym and my life.

Give me physical strength and that has given me mental strength too.

Eating well helps me to improve my performance and how I said getting strong.

I believe in the 80% – 20% rule.

80% eating well 20% enjoy your life.
