CrossFit Head Coach Role
Mission

To assist in developing a world-class team of trainers, achieve client results, and create raving fans of the gym through team management and retention activity.

Position Outcomes
  • CrossFit members attendance (3x/week) higher than 80%
  • Classes 80% full
  • Less than 5% loss of members each month
  • 2 new customer reviews every month
  • 1 new member is referred every month
Pay

Potential to earn up to $45,000-70,000 per annum + super + bonus

  • Assisting in delivery of all program design (CrossFit Program, Olympic Weightlifting program)

  • Completing education/certification requirements
  • Support Gym Operations  
  • Member Retention Activities
Minimum Qualifications
  • CrossFit Level 2 or Higher
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness or Higher
  • 5 years of coaching experience
Casual “utility” Coach
Mission

To provide a world-class group fitness class experience and lead by example.

Position Outcomes

1) Maintain Electric Fitness high-level of coaching in a class environment
2) Coach 5 – 10 hours per week

Pay

Based on hourly rate of classes coached

Expectations

Utility coaches should be expecting to coach minimum 5-10 hours of classes a week.

Head Personal Trainer

Mission

Hit new lead, prospect, client, and revenue goals each month.

Position Outcomes
  • Hit new revenue goals monthly
  • Maintain 80+% conversion on sales consultations %
  • Engage all new inquiries same day (24 business hours) to qualify and schedule prospect consultations
  • Execute plan to hit new self-lead generation goals monthly
