I NEED TO UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION
Fortunately you don’t need our help with this one. You can update all your billing details by logging into WODIFY on the website or on your phone.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE LEFT ON MY CONTRACT?
Please check this in your WODIFY account however if you cannot find it please contact your coach.

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP
Please fill out the form below and we will be in contact for a short exit interview over the phone or in person.

  • If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future the membership rate may be subject to change.
  • If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete the form below. This will serve as your 30 day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee as outlined in your membership agreement.”
