About me: Moto – There is no such thing as cant!!
I am originally from South Africa where I have played professional field hockey, competed on National Level in Cricket, cross-country and 200/400m hurdles.
I have been doing CrossFit for the past 4 years and it has become my passion.

Why do you workout, eat well and stay healthy?
I believe in training 5-6 times a week, eating clean but also enjoying the sweeter things in life to. Staying healthy and fit increases the ease of doing everyday activities as well as living a longer happier life.
