Laura did judo and riding for a very long time, tried other sports but always ended up getting bored. When she started uni in 2013 she was introduced to CrossFit and fell in love instantly.
Even though (in her words) it sucked at it at the start she worked hard to become who she today. Laura always wants to share her love for CrossFit, so she completed the CrossFit Level 1 qualification after about one year of practice. She started coaching at a local gym, moved to Australia, broaden her experience in a different gym and now starting at Electric.

Why do you workout, eat well and stay healthy?
I still want to be able to move well and carry my groceries home alone when I am old. Keeping health and fit it fun and you can see results when you get better at things like a muscle-up.
