In order to place your membership on hold please make sure your request meets all the following criteria.
The following criteria applies to all clients
- hold length is a minimum of 2 weeks
- you’re requesting a hold because your will not be on the Gold Coast
- you’re hold doesn’t exceed more than 2 weeks per 6 months
- 7 days notice to put a membership on hold
