Chris, the founder of Electric Fitness, was a business owner for over a decade and grappled with managing a successful business while balancing his family life and personal health.

CrossFit Group Training

A world class strength and conditioning group program delivered in small groups of 15 by experienced coaches.

We have dedicated Olympic Weightlifting classes every week coaching the Snatch and Clean & Jerk by our qualified coaches.

Also members in the CrossFit training program will include two further Olympic weightlifting classes per week

  • What’s included in your CrossFit Semi-private training programs?

    Your CrossFit Semi-private personal training program includes:

    – 60 minute personal training sessions
    – A private training area in a small group setting up to 4
    – Weekly accountability

    Yes. Personal training is the best place to start if you’ve been inactive or starting from scratch.

    Our personal trainers help you increase your fitness, build strength and confidence in the gym and personally guide you with your nutrition and lifestyle habits so you lose weight, build muscle (or tone up) and feel energetic and motivated in all areas of your life.

  • What are your training program options?

    We have various training program options:

    1. CrossFit Semi-Private Personal Training (4-on-1)
    2. CrossFit Training (Small Groups up to 15)
    3. Olympic Weightlifting Classes
    4. Gymnastics Classes
  • How long are your personal training membership contracts?

    Three, six or twelve month personal training contracts are available.

  • How long are your CrossFit training membership contracts?

    Monthly, three, six or twelve month crossfit training contracts are available.

  • Does the gym have showers and change room facilities?

    Yes, Electric Fitness houses 2 bathrooms, one shower and a change-room.

  • What times are your Personal Training sessions?

    Our Semi-Private 4:1 Personal Training sessions are

    Monday – Friday : 5 am, 6 am, 7 am

     

  • Can I attend the gym outside of my training sessions unsupervised?

    No – currently access to the gym is via personal training sessions and CrossFit classes.
